Our Purpose
We enable not-for-profit corporations to enhance and improve organizational governance capacities and effectiveness through by-law compliance with ONCA rules regarding director duties, member rights, financial reviews and virtual meetings.
The Problem We Solve
The Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) came into effect in October of 2021 and set a deadline of October 18, 2026 for corporations to be compliant with their new rules. Many organizations have not completed the process, and are leaving themselves exposed to significant legal and administration risks.
Positioning (this is our edge)
“We help Ontario membership-based not-for-profits become ONCA-compliant—quickly, confidently, and without overpaying law firms.”
This framing:
● Makes the deadline/risk explicit
● Positions us against expensive legal providers
● Signals speed + practicality, not theory
Value proposition
We offer the unique combination of:
1. deep experience navigating business towards ONCA compliance
2. senior hands on management that works directly with clients
3. outstanding value through lower overhead than larger competitors
4. tailored support for each client, as opposed to a cookie-cutter approach
