A review of current and upcoming capital projects as part of the overall Master Capital Plan process. 

Focus includes but not limited to:

• Update or develop the Master Capital Plan (also known as the Master Site Plan and a key component of the club's key initiatives and deliverables
• Key Stakeholder perspectives
• Demographic review
• Amenity review and meeting the future requirements of the membership
